Water Bath Tank
The hot water circulation heats the filament tow to a vitrified state, ensuring uniform drawing of the tow. Between the primary drawing machine and the secondary drawing machine, the undrawn filament tow passes through a water bath drawing trough, where it is heated to the glass transition temperature for drawing.
